At Grade 2 Listed Holland House we're a caring, family-run B&B and that's what we'll do, look after you. So there's a warm welcome and high level of comfort awaiting you at Holland House and we're easy to find, just down from the church on the main street in Docking. Many delights are close at hand including the RSPB nature reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham and of course Burnham Market, plus the stunning Brancaster Beach each only 4 miles away.

Built between 1720 and 1750, Holland House has, during its long and distinguished lifetime, been the village Meeting house, a Dowager house, a Bed and Breakfast of some note, a Grade II listed family residence and now again, a luxury B and B with self-catering accommodation available in our lovely Brancaster Barn, adjacent to the main house. Private off road parking is at the rear of our property.

Location of Holland House Bed and Breakfast

The village of Docking is perfectly placed to explore the North Norfolk Coast and all of its treasures, with the incredibly popular Brancaster Beach only 5 minutes away by car. Also close by is the RSPB Titchwell Bird and Nature reserve and the beautiful and timeless Georgian village of Burnham Market.

The Royal Estate at Sandringham beckons, as does the birthplace of Admiral Lord Nelson at Burnham Thorpe.

For the golfing enthusiast there is really quite a choice at Brancaster, with the royal West Norfolk GC offering a true Links test combined with magnificent views. Other courses to be found locally are Hunstanton, Heacham Manor, Sheringham with again some breath-taking scenery.

This part of Norfolk is designated as an area of outstanding beauty and is rich in magnificent walks, wildlife and with Nature Reserves at Holme, Holkham, Cley and Salthouse. It has an abundance of historical buildings, ancient and impressive churches, windmills, museums, craft-centres and archetypal picturesque villages.

Our aim is to be your ideal destination for weekend breaks and holidays, providing you with  affordable luxury in a comfortable, relaxing, family-run bed and breakfast. We can offer a premier ensuite room, a self catering studio suite in our Brancaster barn, a double with private bathroom and a twin room also with private bathroom. We endeavour to be child friendly with highchair and travel cot available on request.
